Is the Internet the Path to the Future? By Majid Osman

The internet is for sure one way that leads us to the future. It is perhaps the best way that suggests we are moving forward, that we are going into the future. These suggestions have been based on the technologies, software and internet applications. These little things are making our lives better every single day. The introduction of instant messenger meant that we could talk to someone on the other side of the planet. This indicated that we were taking maybe the first step to the future using the internet.

That is only one aspect where the internet was being demonstrated as the path to the future. Other ways that this is shown, is that we use the internet now as our main source for literally almost anything. We use the internet to pay for bills, check our bank statements, look for information, and generate a billion dollars in sales revenue. That is almost everything we do on our daily basis, well maybe not for the last one, but the internet is expanding at lightening speed. Many and many users are starting to utilize the web for almost everything. Stats show that we were fitter a decade ago, and that we are still going into that direction.

So if everything is almost run via the internet, does that not mean that it is the path to the future? I don't know, but I do know that the internet is expanding every second, in the sense that websites are published every second, products and services are sold every minute, big company and country agreements are made via the internet.
